Benefits of Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion can be done to decrease the appearance of superficial hyperpigmentation, photo-damage, diminish fine lines, wrinkles, and shallow acne scars which helps to even out the texture. Removing the dead skin will aid in the penetration of skin care products by up to 50% and makeup will go on much smoother. Microdermabrasion treatments are recommended every 2 weeks in a series of 6 for correction and every 4-8 weeks for maintenance or prevention.

Acne Facial: $120.00 and up (2 hour service)

Recommended for those prone to acneic skin.  Assists in the eradication of pustules, blackheads, milia, and cystic acne.  Begin with a double cleansing, followed by a deep exfoliation where steam is applied to soften skin and sebum, and open the pores. Extractions are performed as necessary, and are finished up with use of High-Frequency Current to destroy all bacteria that may remain.  The appropriate mask for each client is applied, as well as proper moisturizer and SPF.

This luxurious 75 minute treatment is recommended for all skin types and conditions.  Skin is cleansed thoroughly, exfoliated, masked and moisturized.  A massage or extractions are performed based on the needs of the client’s skin, though either can be added for an additional charge of $10.

Jan Marini Refine Peel: $225.00 or 3 series package for $625.00

Excellent for overall skin rejuvenation to address fine lines and wrinkles, mild acne and light pigmentation. Retinol Activator enhances results and jump starts the healing process by delivering retinol and beneficial peptides and antioxidants to the skin. Recommended as a series of three peels approximately 3 to 4 weeks apart for most dramatic results. Skin appears noticeably firmer, brighter, softer and more supple. This peel is best compared to a obagi blue peel.
